Alero Technology Partners with SpenoCom to Deliver Next Generation Enterprise Information Management Solutions

San Diego, CA – September 1, 2005 -- Alero Technology today announced a partnership with SpenoCom Co., Ltd., an independent software and hardware distributor based in Seoul, South Korea.

In this development and distribution agreement, SpenoCom will distribute and resell Alero Technology's enterprise information management (EIM) solutions directly or through partners and affiliates. SpenoCom targets all markets but especially the finance and government in Korea, Japan, and China. The company will also launch initiatives into other markets in Asia that require high-volume repository, content, process or integration software solutions.

After reviewing partnership options with several global vendors, SpenoCom chose Alero Technology based on its management and extensive high volume, high transaction enterprise management expertise.
