WindFire Announces Business Process Management Solution

June 15, 2003 - San Diego, CA—WindFire Technology today announced the availability of Xtorm® Business Process Management, a fully embeddable J2EE-based application for business process management (BPM). Xtorm BPM allows organizations to define, deploy and manage processes across multiple enterprise applications, regardless of application or data type.

The Xtorm BPM rounds out WindFire's enterprise information management (EIM) offering which includes enterprise content management and virtual repository management. Develop on a J2EE, XML and Unicode foundation, the integrated suite is designed to be embedded into existing business applications and supports small-, medium- and high-volume transaction requirements.

Embodying true BPM functionality, Xtorm BPM can invoke other applications and sub-processes into a seamless automated process without additional scripting.
